As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check our inventory or reach out to our manufacturers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see if you want to wait or cancel your order if we expect the product to be restocked soon.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Please check your order at this time for the correct shipping address and send us your height, weight and other clothing sizes if you haven't already so we can ensure a perfect fit.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will usually ship within one to three days from the date of your order, depending upon what it is (large heavy freight orders may take up to 7 days and it may take up to 14 days to ship in late January due to the Chinese New Year Celebration).
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within seven business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us.
